All contestants are required to acknowledge that they have read and understood all the terms and conditions of entry, on the website and entry form,
so please read this carefully.
• Applicants must be between the ages of 17-40 years old.
• Must be a South African citizen.
• Assigned at birth as natural born Male
• Social Media Presence – Must have on three platforms
• Modeling experience is not a pre-requisite
• Acknowledges that the Mr ISA as an Ambassadorial Program, not a beauty pageant.
• Complete the Official Entry/Popi-Act/Indemnity/Non Disclosure, Forms.
• Submit three photos, inclusive of a head and full length photo.
• Pay the Commitment Fee.
• Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Organizers will not he held liable for damages, mishap, injury, or loss of property, before, during, or after the competition.
• Participants hereby indemnify the organizers, should any claims arise whatsoever.
• The Organizers maintain the legal right to utilize photographs/videos received from or taken of any participant before, during, and after the competition.
• The said photographs remain the sole property of the Mr India South Africa.
• Contestants may not utilize any photographs/videos for personal or public use without the written consent of The Organizers.
• Charity and Goodwill is mandatory for all Finalists
• Top Three Winners will be contracted to the Mr India South Africa during their reign.
• Prizes received are not redeemable for cash or transferable and shall strictly be awarded in accordance with the directors specific requests.
• We reserve the right to cancel winning prizes if within the first three months winners do not market the sponsors/ brand or themselves.
• BANK DETAILS: All bank payments must have your name as reference
• No Finalist, their parents, their agent, Guardian, may issue a press release without the written permission of The Organizers.
• To obtain sponsorship or media coverage; Finalists must get the directors approval in writing.
• Finalists have no objection to the presence of the media but will refrain from any contact with the media without The Organisers' permission.
• The Winners of The Mr India South Africa will remain contracted to Mr ISA to perform community-related projects during their reign.
• The Winner may not enter any other related competition whilst participating in the Mr India South Africa.
• All contestants agree to be photographed and filmed for their participation in Mr India South Africa and are aware that this will be used for media, publicity, and promotions.
• Should a sponsor withdraw or amend their sponsorship or prize, The Mr ISA, will not accept any liability.
• Finalists need to be present for all pre-events and the entire day of The Show.
• Out of town finalists will bear their own expenses.
• Legal Action will be instituted, should a Finalist bring The Mr ISA, Its Finalists, Organizers or Volunteers into disrepute.
• Contestants will lose points should they not respond timeously to all forms of correspondences.
• The Mr India South Africa is bound by a Gentleman’s Code.
• All meetings and communications must be diarized.
• Mr India South Africa reserves the right to terminate and/or remove any contestant / semi-finalist/ finalist from its competition for any reason it deems fit for dismissal.
• Mr India South Africa reserves the right to recuperate any cost incurred on the contestant / semi-finalist / finalist during their time in the competition.
• Mr India South Africa reserves the right to take any legal action in the event of, including but not limited to: breaches or conflict it deems fit. In the event of termination, the contestant, semi finalist, finalist or titleholder will be liable to pay back all investments made into them by the Mr. South Africa organization, including but not limited to: transport or accommodation costs, event attendance, sashes, wardrobes, prizes, photo-shoots, videography, social media marketing and damages.
• Entrants that have been terminated OR resigned will thus duly forfeit any expenses towards their entry/participation of the competition or the campaigning for their participation thus far. The Mr India South Africa brand will not be held liable for any individual costs incurred during or thereafter.
• Upon termination/resignation, entrants are required to remove Any/All social media posts and content pertaining to the Mr India South Africa brand with immediate effect.
Contestant must not have any criminal record or be involved in any criminality or any kind.
• It is mandatory that, The Official Entry; An Indemnity; Popi Act; and a Non Disclosure Document, are signed.
• The Finalist acknowledges the above written information and willingly sign the enclosed “Entry Criteria and Terms” of the Mr India South Africa Competition.
